Download a copy of your data
Save one file with your customers, properties, quotes, invoices, payments, jobs, requests and price book, without closing your account.

The download sits in the steps for closing your account, but you can get it without closing anything.
- Step 1: Open Settings › Account and click Close this account.
- Step 2: Click Skip.
- Step 3: Click Download your data. Your browser saves one file.
- Step 4: Click Back, then Cancel. Your account stays open.
The file holds your customers, properties, quotes, invoices, payments, jobs, requests and price book, in JSON format.
Good to know: Photos and files aren't in the download.
Good to know: Nothing closes unless you click Close the account and then Yes, close it. Once an account is closed, the download is gone.
