Everything in one place
The whole job, start to paid.
Stop stitching together spreadsheets, texts, and a paper calendar. LotBench runs quotes, scheduling, and invoicing in one tool made for your trade.
Quote the job in minutes
Build line-item quotes by stall, linear foot, or square foot in under two minutes. Email them; customers approve with one tap.
Schedule with weather built in
Drag jobs onto the calendar across multiple days. LotBench checks the forecast at each lot and warns you before rain ruins a sealcoat.
Get paid faster
Turn an approved quote into an invoice in one click. Take card or bank payments online — or record the checks you still get.
Capture every lead
Put a “Request a Quote” form on your website. New requests land in your inbox and convert to a customer and draft quote instantly.
Know every lot
Customers, contacts, and job sites in one place — with the exact addresses your crews and the weather engine need.
No install — works in your browser
Use it in the field or at the desk. No app store, no clunky software — just open it in any browser and go.
Ditch the duct tape
Replace the spreadsheet, the group text, and the paper calendar.
Most striping and sealcoating crews run on tools that were never built for the trade. Here's the difference.
The old way
- Quotes typed into a spreadsheet in the truck cab — or scribbled on a pad
- The schedule lives on a whiteboard nobody can see from the field
- You check three weather apps and still get rained out mid-sealcoat
- “Did Maple Plaza ever pay us?” — buried in a text thread
- Customer info spread across your phone, your email, and your memory
- Chasing checks and re-keying totals into invoices by hand
With LotBench
- Line-item quotes by stall or linear foot, emailed and approved in a tap
- One shared calendar your whole crew opens from any device
- Rain and cure-temperature warnings on every job before you load up
- Every quote, invoice, and payment tied to the customer automatically
- Customers, contacts, and lots in one place the weather engine can read
- Approved quote becomes an invoice in one click — pay by card, ACH, or check
The weather advantage
The only pavement CRM that watches the sky for you.
One rained-out sealcoat can cost you a whole day and a callback. LotBench pulls the forecast for every job site and flags the problems that actually matter to your trade:
- Rain on the day of the job — before you load the truck.
- Temps too cold for sealer to cure.
- Rain in the 24-hour cure window after you seal.
How it works
From lead to paid in four steps.
Capture the lead
A request comes in from your website or you add the customer yourself.
Send the quote
Build it in minutes, email it, and the customer approves with a tap.
Schedule the work
Drop it on the calendar — weather warnings included.
Get paid
Invoice from the approved quote and collect online or by check.
Why we built this
We kept meeting striping and sealcoating crews running six-figure seasons out of a spreadsheet, a group text, and a whiteboard — and losing days to rain their software never warned them about. The tools built for “home services” didn't speak their language: no stalls, no linear feet, no cure windows.
So we're building LotBench alongside real pavement contractors, one feature at a time — quoting the way you actually bid, scheduling that watches the sky for every lot, and invoicing that gets you paid without the phone tag.
We're not going to pretend we're something we're not. LotBench is pre-launch. If you get on the early list, you won't just get founder pricing — you'll help decide what we build next.

Questions, answered
Everything you're wondering about LotBench.
Straight answers while we're still building. Don't see yours? Get on the list and just reply — a real person reads every email.
- Is LotBench available yet?
- Not quite — LotBench is in pre-launch. Join the early-access list and we'll email you the moment it opens, before we announce it publicly.
- How much will it cost?
- We're still finalizing pricing, and we're being deliberate about it. Everyone who joins the early list gets founder pricing — a lower rate that stays locked in as we grow. We'll share exact numbers with the list before launch, no surprises.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. LotBench runs entirely in your web browser — nothing to download, no app store, no IT setup. Open it on your laptop or phone and you're working.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. LotBench is built mobile-first and runs in any modern browser — no separate app to install or keep updated. Quoting, scheduling, and invoicing all work in the field or at the desk.
- What trades is it for?
- Pavement contractors: line striping, sealcoating, and crack sealing crews. The quoting (by stall, linear foot, or square foot) and the weather warnings (cure temps, rain windows) are built specifically for how you bid and schedule this work.
- How is the weather feature different?
- Generic apps warn you it might rain. LotBench pulls the forecast for each job site's exact address and flags the things that actually blow up your day — rain on the day of the job, temps too cold for sealer to cure, and rain landing inside the cure window after you seal.
- Can my customers pay online?
- That's the plan. LotBench turns an approved quote into an invoice you can send for online payment by card or bank transfer (ACH) — and you can still record the checks you get. Online payments roll out as part of launch.
- Can I import my customers?
- Getting your existing customers and lots in without re-typing them is on our roadmap, and it's a priority for early users. Tell us how your data lives today when you join the list — that directly shapes how we build import.
