Yes. Turn on Prepaid sessions in Settings, under Advanced features, and add a pack to your services, like 6 dog walks at its pack price. Sell it from the owner's page with an invoice, as paid now in cash or by check, or at no charge. The sessions appear once the pack is paid in full, each visit marked done uses one, and the owner's page shows how many are left.
What happens when a pack runs out?
The visit is still marked done, it just isn't covered. If the job bills each visit, that visit is billed as usual; if not, the job offers Create invoice. Sell a new pack and the next visit uses a session from it.
Can I sell a training program in tiers?
Yes. Put up to three packages on one quote, like 4, 6 and 12 sessions, and mark one as recommended. The owner picks one and approves from their phone, and you can ask for a deposit at approval.
Does it handle weekly walks?
Yes. Make a job repeat every week, every other week or every month, and the visits are added to the calendar until an end date or a number of visits. Each job repeats on one day of the week, so walks three days a week are three repeating jobs. Turn on visit reminders and owners get an email the day before each one.
Can I send photo and video updates to the owner?
Yes. Open the job, add photos or videos and a short note, and send. The owner gets an email with a link to their client portal, where the update stays in a gallery.
Do owners get a portal?
Every owner gets one private link with their upcoming visits, the prepaid sessions they have left, a message thread, photo and video updates, documents to sign, and quotes and invoices with balances. No app to install and no password.
Is it really free for dog trainers and dog walkers?
Yes: customers, scheduling, quotes, invoices, prepaid sessions, the portal, e-signatures and session updates.
