Yes. Unlimited customers, quotes, scheduling, and invoices — free forever, not a trial. No monthly plan, no seat fees, and no credit card to start.
What's the catch?
No catch. The software costs us almost nothing per crew to run, so it's free — including through the winter months when you're barely using it. Later we'll sell optional add-ons with real per-use costs, like texting and AI. Online card and ACH payments carry processing costs, as they would with any provider.
Can it help with weather cancellations?
Yes. Every scheduled job carries the forecast for its own address, so you see freeze and rain days before they hit the route — and when a customer calls nervous about clouds, you're rescheduling from a calendar that already shows you the dry days.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
It's yours. Ask and we'll export everything — customers, properties, quotes, invoices, payment history — and we delete what's left as laid out in our privacy policy.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
