Join your company's MakeHay account from an invitation

Got an invitation email from your team? Accept it to make your login and join your company's MakeHay account.

The invitation email

When someone on your team invites you, MakeHay emails you an invitation. Its subject names the person who invited you and the company.

  1. Step 1: Open the email and click Accept the invitation.
  2. Step 2: If you're new to MakeHay, enter Your name and a Password of at least 8 characters, then click Create account & accept.
  3. Step 3: If you already have a MakeHay login with that email, enter your Password and click Sign in & accept.
  4. Step 4: If you're already signed in with that email, just click Accept invitation.
  5. Step 5: You land on your company's Dashboard.

What you can see and do depends on the permissions you were given. See Choose what each person can do.

Good to know: The invitation link expires after 48 hours. If you see Invitation expired, ask the person who invited you to send a new one.

Good to know: A MakeHay login can belong to only one company. If yours already belongs to another company, ask to be invited at a different email address.

Tip: If someone else is signed in on that device, click Sign out on the invitation page first, then accept.
