Sign in, sign out and reset your password

Sign in to MakeHay, sign out on a shared device, and get an email link to reset a password you forgot.

Sign in

  1. Step 1: On makehay.io, click Log in at the top of the page.
  2. Step 2: Enter your Email and Password, then click Sign in.

If you see Continue with Google and you signed up that way, click it instead.

Sign out

Open your account menu and choose Sign out. On a computer, it's your name at the bottom of the menu. On a phone, it's your initials at the top right.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Step 1: On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
  2. Step 2: Enter your email and click Send reset link.
  3. Step 3: Open the email called Reset your MakeHay password and click Reset password.
  4. Step 4: Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, type it again in Confirm password, then click Reset password.
  5. Step 5: Sign in with your new password.

Good to know: The reset link expires in about an hour and works only once. If it has expired, click Request a new link to get another.

Tip: To change a password you still know, sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
