Upload photos to your site's library, describe them for Google, and show them in the gallery as singles or before and after pairs.

Every photo on your site comes from its photo library. Upload there first, then place photos in the gallery or in any section.
Upload photos
- Step 1: Go to Settings › Website and pick Photo library under Content.
- Step 2: Click Upload photos and choose them. The library holds up to 60. Large photos are shrunk before they upload, and the camera's location data is removed.
- Step 3: In the box under each photo, type a few words saying what it shows. This alt text is for Google and for people using a screen reader.
Show them in the gallery
- Step 1: Pick Gallery photos under Content.
- Step 2: Click Add photos, pick as many as you like, and click the button that says how many, such as "Add 3 photos".
- Step 3: For a before and after, click Add a before and after, pick the before photo, then the after photo, and click Use this pair.
- Step 4: Add captions if you like, and use the arrows to put your best work first.
- Step 5: Click Publish changes.
Tip: The home page shows the first few gallery photos and the gallery page shows them all. Six or more makes the site feel real.
Good to know: Only upload photos of your own work, or ones you have the right to use. A photo on your live site can't be deleted: take it off the page, publish, then delete it.
