Get help or send feedback

Ask the help assistant, look things up in the Help Center, or send a question, problem or idea straight to the MakeHay team.

The help assistant, at the bottom right of every page

The help assistant at the bottom right of every page answers how-to questions from the Help Center. When you need a person, message the MakeHay team without leaving the app.

  1. Step 1: Click the help assistant's bar at the bottom right (the sparkle button on a phone), then the life ring button, Help & feedback, at its top. It's also in your account menu.
  2. Step 2: To look something up, click Help Center. It opens in a new tab.
  3. Step 3: To write to the team, choose a topic under What's this about?: I need help with something, I have feedback or I have a feature idea.
  4. Step 4: Type your Message and click Send message.

Replies come by email to the address you sign in with. Anyone on your team can send a message.
