Run a report on your sales, quotes and jobs
Pick a date range in Reports to see money collected and invoiced, win rate, new customers and jobs completed, compared with the period before.

Reports shows how the business did over a range of days, compared with the same number of days just before it.
- Step 1: Open Reports from the main menu.
- Step 2: Pick a range: This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year or Last 12 months. Reports opens on Last 90 days.
- Step 3: For your own dates, fill in the two date boxes and click Apply.
The numbers across the top
- Collected: payments received in the range.
- Invoiced: the full totals of invoices sent in the range.
- Owed to you and Past due: every open invoice right now, whatever range you picked.
- Quotes sent and Win rate: quotes sent in the range, and the share of those that were approved.
- New customers and Jobs completed: customers added and jobs marked complete in the range.
Under most numbers is how it compares with the period before, as a percent and an amount.
The sections
- Revenue: collected and invoiced over time.
- Quotes: sent, viewed, approved, and what's still open.
- Money owed: open invoices by how late they are.
- Work won by service: approved quote value by category.
- Customers: top customers, new customers, and where they came from.
- How you get paid: payment methods and days to get paid.
- Jobs: completed jobs and what's scheduled.
- Requests: leads from your request forms.
Charts group by day, week or month, depending on how long the range is. Click View as table under a chart to read the same numbers as rows.
Good to know: Days follow your company's time zone. When the range includes today, its numbers can still change. A custom range can cover up to two years, and stops at today.
Tip: Work won by service groups the quotes approved in the range by the category on each line. Lines picked from your services carry their category; lines typed in without one show as Uncategorized.
