Offer good, better and best packages
Put up to three priced packages on one quote, side by side. Your customer picks one when they approve.

Packages let you show two or three versions of the job on one quote, so your customer can compare them and choose.
- Step 1: In the quote builder, turn on Good / Better / Best above the line items. Two packages appear, Good and Better, with Better recommended.
- Step 2: Click Add package for a third. Type in a package's name box to rename it.
- Step 3: On each line, use the package menu to choose which package it belongs to. All packages puts the line in every package, which suits work every option shares.
- Step 4: Click Recommend on the package you suggest. Click it again to recommend none.
- Step 5: Send the quote as usual.
Each package shows its own total, with your discount and tax applied. The recommended package's total is the headline total on the quote. Your customer sees every package under Choose your package and approves the one they want.
Tip: When you record an approval yourself with Approve & create job or Mark as approved, you're asked which package the customer picked.
Good to know: A quote can have one to three packages. Turning Good / Better / Best off removes the packages and puts every line back on a single quote.
