- Voiding and deleting need the Approve, void & delete quotes permission. Copying needs Create & edit quotes.
Open the quote and click the three dots button at the end of the row of quote buttons. What you see depends on the quote's status.
- Delete draft removes a draft that was never sent. It's gone completely, line items and packages included.
- Void quote shows on any quote that isn't voided yet. Your customer's link stops working, and the quote can't be sent or approved anymore. Once a quote has been sent, voiding is the only way to take it back.
- Delete quote appears on a voided quote that was never sent or approved.
- Duplicate as new draft makes a copy and opens it in the quote builder. Use it to quote similar work, or to rework a quote you already sent.
- Print opens a copy for printing, and Copy customer link copies the link to a quote you've sent.
Tip: A copy keeps the line items, packages, terms, tax rate and client view settings. Add any discount or deposit again, and check the Valid until date.
Good to know: Voiding and deleting can't be undone. Voided quotes stay on the Quotes list under the Voided filter.
