Track your quotes and what each status means
See where every quote stands on the Quotes list, filter it by status, and check how many quotes you sent and won in the last 30 days.

Go to Quotes. Every quote is listed with its customer, job site, title, status, total and date, newest first.
The numbers at the top
- Sent · 30 days: how many quotes you sent in the last 30 days, and what they add up to.
- Approved · 30 days: how many were approved in the last 30 days, and what they add up to.
- Conversion · 30 days: approved quotes as a share of sent quotes over those 30 days.
Filter and find a quote
Type in the box at the top of the list to find a quote by customer, job site, title or quote number.
The chips under the box each show a count. All shows everything, Draft shows quotes not sent yet, and Voided shows voided ones. Sent shows every quote that has gone out, whether sent, viewed, approved or changes requested. Each row's badge tells you which.
What each status means
- Draft: not sent yet. You can still change anything.
- Sent: emailed, or its link shared. It changes to Viewed when your customer opens it.
- Viewed: your customer opened it.
- Approved: your customer approved it, or you recorded their approval. A job was created.
- Changes requested: your customer asked for changes. Edit it and send the next version.
- Voided: taken back. Your customer's link no longer works.
On a quote's page, the badge beside the status shows the version, such as v2 after a revision. The Activity card lists each step with its date, from created and sent to viewed and approved. Click View email to see what went out. A follow-up still to come shows as Reminder scheduled.
Good to know: A quote past its Valid until date still shows Sent or Viewed, but your customer can't approve it. See Extend a quote that has expired.
Tip: The Dashboard shows a row when customers ask for changes, and when quotes are expiring within 3 days.
