Set up your website
Seven short screens tell our team what you do, where you work, what is true about you, your photos and the look you want. It takes about five minutes.

Once the Website add-on is on, the Website page opens the setup. Everything saves as you go, and the panel beside the questions shows what our team has so far.
- Step 1: Let's build your website shows how it works and the details already on file: business name, phone, email and address. Switch any of them to Hidden if you would rather keep it off the site, then click Let's get started.
- Step 2: What services do you offer? Type each service and press Add, or tap one from your price list. Star up to 6 for your home page. The speech bubble adds details about a service, and the photo square adds a picture of that kind of work. Both are optional.
- Step 3: Where do you work? Check your home town and add the other towns you work in. Each one gets its own page.
- Step 4: What sets you apart? Tap everything that is true, such as licensed, insured, free estimates or family owned. Nothing you leave off is ever claimed. Add a detail under any of them, add facts of your own, and tell us about your business in a few sentences if you like.
- Step 5: Show off your work: drop in or tap to choose at least 4 photos of your own work, star one as the cover, and tick the box confirming they are yours. Upload your logo, or tell us to make one or that you do not want one. If you are already online, paste the links: we pull photos and reviews from there.
- Step 6: How should it look and feel? Tap a feel, or Choose for me. Then say where the colors come from: up to three from your logo, up to three of your own, or let us choose.
- Step 7: Pick your web address: say whether you already have a domain, need one (search and select a name that is free), or are not sure yet. Add anything else we should know, then click Submit and build my site.
Good to know: Nothing is required, but four things make a much better website: something about your business, at least one service, your home town, and 4 or more photos. Ready to send lists any you have not done in red. Tick Skip this for now on each one to submit without it.
Tip: Click Finish later to stop. Finish setting up your website on your dashboard brings you back to the same screen.
After you send it
Our team builds the first version and emails you a link when it is ready, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is submitted, the setup is closed. Think of a photo or a detail later? your Website page shows what was received and takes it as a note for the builder.
