Dashboard and reports

Customize your dashboard

Edit your dashboard in place: drag blocks where you want them, switch blocks and numbers on or off. Saved to your account.

Your dashboard is yours to arrange: which numbers sit across the top, which blocks show, and in what order. Everyone on the account has their own layout.

  1. Step 1: Open Dashboard from the main menu.
  2. Step 2: Tap Customize, at the end of the row of shortcuts. The dashboard itself becomes the editor: every block gets a handle bar on top.
  3. Step 3: Drag a block by its handle to where you want it, or use the up and down arrows on its bar.
  4. Step 4: Use the switch on a block's bar to turn it off. Anything off waits, grayed, at the bottom of the page; switch it back on there.
  5. Step 5: In the numbers block, drag a tile by its grip to change the order, and use its switch to turn it off. Tap a number in the row of chips below to add it; you can show up to 6, and when the row is full, turn one off to add another.
  6. Step 6: Tap Done. Your changes save as you make them.

To go back to the usual layout for what you can see, tap Customize and then Reset to default.

Good to know: Your layout is saved to your account, so your phone and your computer show the same dashboard. It changes only what you see; nobody else's dashboard changes.

Tip: You can only pick numbers and blocks your permissions cover. The setup list and the Refer a business tile stay where they are.
