Add a Why choose us page to your quotes
Write a page about your business once, with photos of your work, and include it on any quote after the terms.
- Who can do this
- Writing the page needs the Company profile permission. Switching it on or off for one quote needs Create & edit quotes.
The Why choose us page is a page about your business that goes on a quote after the terms: how long you've been at it, what you do well, a few photos of finished work. You write it once, and each quote can include it or not.
Write it
- Step 1: Go to Settings › Quotes & invoices and find Why choose us page.
- Step 2: Write a Headline and, under What to say, a few short paragraphs. A blank line starts a new paragraph, and lines starting with "- " make a list.
- Step 3: Click Add photos to add up to six photos of your work. Give each a short caption for screen readers if you like.
- Step 4: Turn on Include on new quotes if most quotes should carry it.
- Step 5: Click Save changes.
On one quote
In the quote builder, open Client view in Totals and use Include the Why choose us page. The switch saves as soon as you flip it. Preview shows the page the way your customer sees it, on its own page when printed.
Good to know: A quote keeps the page as it was when the quote was sent. Changing the page later changes new quotes only.
Good to know: Like the rest of a quote, the page can't contain links.
